Pioneer in the application of technologies in distance training systems in Argentina (eg: UNLP, Prov. Río Negro) and in the field of justice (eg: implementation of the first Telejuicio worldwide)

 

Experience as a teacher and lecturer, postgraduate and seminars UBA, UCA, UNLP on the application of technology for social purposes.

 

Senior Consultant in Argentina for Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales - Madrid. Development of Satellite and Multimedia Services. Launch of Broadband IP (Broadband) Satellite Services in Argentina.

Javier Hernández

 

Studied Electronic Engineering at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional Regional Buenos Aires and has been working in the Communications and Information Technologies market for more than 25 years.


His career includes the responsibility of Product Marketing of the Corporate Segment (B2B), Commercial Planning, Commercial Development and Specialist Sales of Digital Services. Previously he led for approximately 10 years the consultative presale team for public administration clients in the corporate segment.

As head of consultative presale he worked mainly in the sectors of National Government, Banking and Health of the Public Administration.

 

He also stood out for leading not only the design but the deployment of large projects and high complexity such as Presidential Summits, National Elections, 911, Technopolis, Bicentennial Cellebration, among others.

 

 

As head of product marketing, he consolidated the B2B value proposition of Telefónica / Movistar Argentina by introducing the local value proposition of digital services such as Cloud, Security Services and Internet of Things.


As an independent professional, his experience includes the implementation of agile methodologies, mapping and transformation of customer service, sales, marketing and loyalty programs for B2C and B2B clients.


He has also completed the Strategic Marketing Program at the IAE Business School and the Global Management Program at the IESE Business School (University of Navarra) and has participated in in-company transformation programs such as Executing the Transformation and Leading the Transformation dictated by Universitas Telefónica (Barcelona).

Master in Business Administration (Universidad del Salvador / Deusto). Electronics Engineer (UTN), specialized in Strategies and Technologies applied to the world of Electronic Communications, with e2e vision in a convergent framework.


Skills in business development in the area of ​​Telecommunications, Technology and process simplification. Extensive experience in strategic and operational consulting focused on Technology, Processes and Resources.


Extensive career in positions of high responsibility in  first level international companies as Telefónica and GTE International, leading diverse local and global areas of Networks and Services.


Strongly oriented to the Innovation and Technological Transformation of Networks with end to end vision. Proven leadership and negotiation skills, with creativity and a strong focus on results. Wide network of local and international contacts in the industry as a result of direction and participation in regional (LATAM) and global projects. Excellent interpersonal relationships, technological knowledge, customer orientation, ability to implement challenging multi-country projects, as well as to motivate, lead and develop work teams through close and effective communication.
